21 Why is there no response when press three different keys at the same time, specially in game ?
The symptom was called phantom key, which means the third key can not send valid key code when press specific combination keys at the same time, and you will hear beep sound for error warning. But it's not always for every three combination keys.

For the most of keyboard makers, no one ensure that their keyboard can send normal key code in this case because of cost consideration and different key matrix design from keyboard maker. When design new key matrix for keyboard products, our keyboard has avoided phantom key issue for the most of popular games and software. If phantom key still happen in your case, try to redefine key combination for phantom key symptom.

The phantom key isuue can be solved by increasing extra cost, so only high cost keyboard product may apply such design like our Gaming keyboard product 9051H.

No, it's not necessary !! All you need to do first is following:
  1. Make sure your battery power is enough or just replace with new one, and install with correct polarity.
  2. Refer to user manual or Ouick Installation Guide to proceed ID pairing setting.
  3. Set as same channel if there are two or more channels available for keyboard and mouse.
  4. Make sure cables of receiver are plugged in correct port if your receiver is PS/2 connector.
  5. It's useless even though installed driver for keyboard and mouse already if channel setting is incorrect between transmitter and receiver, or pairing is not successful in advance.
24 Why can't find keyboard/mouse driver for my model in your web site ?
If your keyboard has no extra shortcut key like Office key, internet key or multimedia key, there is no driver available in this case. It is supported directly by Windows. So that's why you can not find your keyboard driver.
25. For Multimedia Keys, Play/Pause doesn't work well with WinAMP and other player.
Our multimedia keys are fully supported by Windows MediaPlayer but not guarantee to support third party player like WinAMP, RealPlayer, because some control keys are different. Following control key is from WinAMP 5.x for "X" and "C", the Pause key "C" is different from Windows MediaPlayer.

All keyboard and mouse products includes wired and wireless are supported by all Microsoft Windows Platforms without extra driver need. But It needs USB driver to activate USB device under Microsoft Windows 98SE. If keyboard or mouse product bundles or supports driver, which can enhance product function or enable specific shortcut key not defined by Microsoft, but it is not necessary for basic function of keyboard and mouse.
